What most don't understand is that we had 12 months of surging stocks to valuations which are at bubble levels compared to real earnings. The corrections this year must be in proportion to the level of crazy buying we saw over the last year. Traders must now expect these corrections to be much more ugly then the norm and the selling moves to last alot longer then we've seen during the past year. The snow ball effect is in process. At some point here we should get an oversold rally but don't be surprised if its just another trap for more selling.
