They don't need to issue a PR. If they filed their papers when they said they did, the Nevada SOS "should" be processing them in the next day or so. The SOS site will reflect the change in name and we will know about it almost immediately, I should think, because so many are watching the status so closely. At this point we have no proof anything was filed, only a PR saying they would be filed that day.
