Steve, I hate to ruin your day, but the December 27th 07 PR clearly states that they have move in and purchased a new building in Decatur, In meaning that this 1236 Patterson Street is the new address and location of there most recent purchase coming from a lease to grow the business. Yes, the building is there, and it may be new to them, but from what I saw today, those fancy pictures that Thinkpad offered to show from another poster does not add up that this whole business is paning out. It looked good at first before I was going to buy, and now from what I saw, I'm not sure anymore.
