It's too late if you never paid the TA. Basically what happened was the brokers handed the shares to the TA. Then you had to pay the TA to get them back at the reversed rate.
You were allowed to convert the shares at a cost of .00015 per million according to how many divies you got. If I remember right, you were allowed to buy 1 mil restricted common per every billion divies you owned.
At the time, .00015 was a good deal. Now it sucks. So if you didn't pay for the conversion, consider yourself smart for folding that hand and not calling the bet.
