If you have an image with a png file tag, or another file that will not upload to iH and you wish to change it, this is simple to do.
Right click over the image you wish to save as you normally would, but before accepting it, change it to whatever you may wish name it, and add .jpeg or .gif to the end of the file.
Note: You may be able to simply achieve the same results if you computer give you a second line under the first line titled “File Name:” and has the option of: “Save as type:,” They you will find many options including jpeg and gif.
Hello, I would like to know more about the info I got from your post.
When you talk about going to mailbox and name it what you want. Is that only for paid subscribers. I like the idea of being able to archive pics for later use but not sure if I can do what you say with a free subscription.
