I have no idea whats up with what shows in my account..I do know that I never elected to convert or sent these crooks any money to convert. I thought the whole things was fishy from the get go....The so called gifted PFDs was a mess from the start, then having to pay for the same "gifted" shares was a big red flag amd that is why I did nothing. I have never ever heard of having to pay for a divy......From that point on I knew this was a POS SCAM, made to take investors money for Sandys personnal gain.....I say again I no longer believe that NKMP has an intrest in TFN.......And the silance from the new POS incharge only conferms what I believe IMO.....You would think that with someone new in charge he would PR something, like maybe a vision statement as to the direction and plans of BKMP....But no here we all sit holding a big bag of BKMP crap.

The conversion of the preferred shares to restricted common shares is nearly at an end -- April 30th, 2007 is the cut off date. To date, although I do not have exact numbers as the transfer agent is handling the transaction completely -- there has not been an excessive amount of conversion. Once the April 30th date comes and goes this chapter in the company's life will be closed and behind us for good.

It is unfortunate that it has not gone as well as expected, as the company only wanted the best for its shareholders, but I think it is in everyone's best interest to put it behind us and move forward with all the good events happening for us.

There are NO preferred's....we should probably quit talking about them. IMHO Neal
