Kid, agree with your post. I guess most are getting antzy for news. I also believe a lot of posters here have very short term memory. I also believe we will not recieve any real news for a least two weeks. As per Kyles E-Mail posted the other day from TOM FISCOE,CPA. Where he states he hopes to finalize next week. So therefore we should possibly hear something in two weeks. imo

cdnkid10, If I heard right in the CEOcast interview the deal would happen about 6 to 8 weeks into January. So we may have a while before the news of a third acquistion is revealed. Our hope now it would seem is for the Hacket's news to be good.

the update about the 3rd acquisition is advised? it is recommended! You know what will happen with the PPS if there is no third acquisition completed before the first opening of the new year. But for now, let's just be confident that indeed he will come out with stellar news. If not, we dive below a penny. Then the least he can do is just put out another shareholder update. Where were the days when this was back in the 0,005-0,007 area when we got a shareholder update at least once every two weeks... those were good days and shareholders want this great communication back. And this lack of communication is what is driving down the price together without a good explanation of the constant dilution going on.

Why in the world would they take GSGF private, pay off the non affiliated shareholders at healthy premium to market, then move it into SWVC?

Why go to all that expense and hassle.

Cornell/YA still have to approve the deal too, which is why I'm guessing GSGF is not trading closer to the .50 payout.
