In fairness to AMD; it was not a exactly a "launch".......

It was often referred to by AMD, as a "Seven City Celebration", ....... (or something like that).

Poor misunderstood AMD ... never gets a fair shake.

This is quite a psychological study. Because of AMD's unrelenting troubles on all fronts, it seems the only way some of the more devout can cope is to either invent some kind of manufacturing problems on Intel's part where none exists, or perhaps exaggerate some harmless errata that no OEM or customer is experiencing or even concerned about. Somehow this provides comfort and under the circumstances perhaps we should indulge them. We are not heartless are we?
