and that's the red flag for shareholders IMO. Whether the franchises are successful or not is one aspect of Unique. The shareholders are in a different ballpark and if the float continues to increase we can very well sink here with the $$$'s invested here and after hearing about cc folks not being paid I decided it's best to reduce my position in this company. It's a rocking chair....can go either way.

While the product is excellent and there is no one that would like to see Unique return to the Boston area as much as I would that's not a reason to invest. The pps is being reduced rapidly and since today we're seeing a 01 on the bid (in 2nd place) I don't think sub penny is too far off and since the shares are dangerously close to a/s if Vowler does a r/s I believe current holders will suffer $$$ wise.
