Like righty stated he claimed this company was owing to no-one. If this was a true statement by Berman?.....if even he knows what truth is other than he concieving that the companies money was his money, only he then could file for this. He would be filing on behalf not against. If its against or on his behalf he still has the fudiciary duties of informing shareholders prior to this action, the reasons, and then the outcome. He has done none of this. Its not on the website either.

Which mine did he proceed to develop from the $1 million dollars funded to him by shareholders?........which of his Pr's shed and ounce of truth when every other one contradicts the other.

This business summary sounds like Berman has been doing something other with these mining claims other than mining them, in particular the PayDay mines. What happened to the revenue streams, and the 20 truckloads, how did he manage to buy Aumn if Russell was so underfunded?......then where did he get the money to purchase those 68 mining claims?
