Thats a pretty BOLD statement !! Care to show proof ???, You had no (imo) at the end og your post, So prove your statement to the board ! or to the SEC.
so this is not right a sfar a sleading the shareholders on beleiving the buyout. or it could be that this is a setup for everybody to sell believing that there is no buyout ans other epople inside the company are buying all shares that way the new company that IS buying them out does not have to pay for shares that they do not already own. i think this is a thought and makes sense. but someone will make some money
