It's time to start demanding brokers responses in writing.

Don't accept telephone excuses.

Write them emails and send faxes.


Try not to be threatening (i have that problem) try to get specifics in writing.

Scotty told me yesterday that they couldn't get the TA to respond to them. I called Empire and got a person on th efirst ring, and they said they didn't know why my broker would have any problems getting them either.

i didn't have time to call them yesterday, but this is where to start at the DTCC...

the SEC shuold be mentioned as a possible problem solver to your broker (remeber threats can be counterproductive)
