Facts Han, facts... O.K. The acquisition of the trucking company can be interesting. But why should a good company sell its assets to another ? Problems, financial difficulties, not enough cash flow, an older carpark...?
So, I expect a lot of neady investments to get this company rolling again.... Thats the news of today ! But the history of the company is written in the books. And that's a story "hurray speculators" don't want to hear. The company needs more than a good PR to be reliable again.
When there is more than 300 million accumulated deficit... they have paid this with loans and especially diluting the shareholders. Now, every share of UPDA is debtloaden with six pence. You don't buy equity. No, you buy debt. Only a positive cashflow can change this and reverse the process of acummulating deficit. When every lender, investing firm, risky businessfirm, hedge firm, has get back his money THEN and only THEN comes the shareholder and his tremendous important sharevalue. At the moment there is NO SHAREVALUE. Not one pence !!!
