Just an FYI. I received this just minutes ago from Ameritrade regarding my shares:
The security SOUTHERN COSMETICS INC (SHCM) went through a name change effective on 12/18/2007 into REVENGE DESIGNS INC (RVGD). Since SHCM is no longer a recognized symbol and does not trade, your open orders were cancelled. Currently, TD AMERITRADE has not received the new shares for this name change nor a date as to which we can expect to see them. Upon receiving the new shares from the company accounts will be updated and you will be able to trade under the new symbol RVGD. Some brokerage firms may pay out shares or payments causing a short sale or a debt. To reduce the risk of a buy back in client's accounts, TD AMERITRADE will update accounts with payment upon receiving the payment from the transfer agent.
