it may well be deja vu all over again as patterns do have a habit of repeating. the point i was trying to make was that based on my work, that if techs dont get on with the breakdown soon, then they will try to make a better effort at a move up.
this is a similar to march 2003. I felt that if ndx didnt breakdown soon it was going up. granted i never in my wildest dreams expected it to go as far as it did and dont expect anything like that from here. from here maybe a test or near test of jan highs.
