it is not a reasonable request by a far shot, imo,
Megas did not create the counterfeits, so why should he or the company have to cover them?!?!
The brokers/mm's that traded this stock obviously did not do the proper due diligence on the certs that hit the market in '05, and let things get out of hand, and yet Megas has been asked to jump thru more hoops than any other CEO I know of, and the DTC is still apparently not satisfied, at this moment as far as we know.
