We don't know. Two key points are missing, what exactly is the power consumption, and how does a (say) 1.6 GHz Dublin stack up against a 1.6 GHz Banias? The former can pretty easily be cleared up, but the latter is going to be fuzzier. Finding two notebooks that only differ in their processors and chipset(s) (graphics excluded) is very difficult.

We'll see when the specs/benchmarks are released. Maybe Dublin will accelerate Intel's launch of Dothan. Then again, Dublin doesn't sound like much more than a cache chop of Athlon 64 with mobile hardware fused on. Banias is already within 10% of Athlon 64 IPC, at 1/3 the power. If Dublin has half the cache and x86-64 turned off, then how does that make it a credible competitor?
