It looks very much like the entire exchange concept was just a way to entice people to give Mike and Pedro their stock certs. It's impossible to ignore that most of the so-called companies that trade (if you can call it trading) on the phony PDR exchange are nothing more than Mike and Pedro shells.
Some people called this a scam two years ago when the ties were discovered between Mike Terrell and RWRD, his last pinksheet rip job. Looks very much like those very first watchmen deserve credit for seeing this for what it is. Another bigger rip job.
