All speculation. They were just looking at past PR's and noticed (which is correct strangely) that they usually put out PRs on those days, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Don't mistake them, (getting lucky with a prediction), for company insiders posting when a PR will be out. Things are looking very good with this company right now IMO.
If you got to talk to the company you might had some wind that you should look for a pr coming. So it's ok, not a big deal. Actually they were talking about Thursday as well since we got news last week. PDGT historically has PR fever from time to time. If they issue a pr, look for few PRs after that.
