I don't find that filing on Vickers or Edgar...where are you finding it

Where did you find that? When they file it really doesn't mean they will sell now. Sometimes they just file so if they are ready to sell at a certain price they can.It could mean they are expecting this to go higher and then sell. Of course who really know?
