you betcha makes a big difference. small losses big gaines. have no problems letting go of bad trade up front if iam wrong. its the commisions that eat U alive.
and to think freetrade had no commisions back when i started in jan 01. I was in hog heaven. totally free on each trade.
I opened a Freetrade account on January 2, 2004 with the minimum amount to start an account. I did this because of the poor trade executions with ETURD....
In my first month alone my account increased 158%. I really was not doing anything different... My trades were getting filled and I no longer paid 1200.00 a month in commissions. Needless to say I transferred the balance of my account to Freetrade and have been quite satisfied.
