IMO that message shows a link to a competitor's site therefore it is Off Topic or Spam.

I'll review that board and your deletions and restore where appropriate.

I don't mind the occasional link to another site if it's for good content.

Only thing I don't want is a lot of links going to another discussion site.....

Also, had to wipe your signature - you can't have a stock-pimping signature and post on other boards. That IS spam.
