I don't think she lied to a grand Jury, she "lied" if she did, to Federal investigators during their investigation.

It was a witch hunt,(not to imply she is a witch).
With all that has occurred in corporate creed in our markets the past few years this is the best they can give us? A witch hunt? Taking the fifth would have given her an out but would imply misconduct and crushed MSO stock(it happened anyway) Her reasoning an dconduct is easily understood and does not,IMO,warrant jail time. This whole case was pathetic.
