Howard responded to me today by email regarding questions that I had emailed to Stewart Wallach. Generally my questions were regarding performance "guarantees" required of Capstone, by Armor All/STP/Clorox in the licensing agreement.
In brief:
There are sales quotas required and, I think this is significant, Clorox must approve every product.
Most of the other information is already public knowledge.
