astrology paints what is the present situation and what should happen based on the position of the planets in the system. of course that would be fortune telling.
chart show what has happen and based of that some predict what might happen... or fortune tell the future.
the point is though, what a chart is and what people do with it are two different things; again you didn't read what I posted about charts.
