What do you mean by "just out of control"? They got that way on their own? Of course not. Pearlie kept on diluting and diluting and diluting. So she had to do two "buybacks" and a reverse split.

I see no reason to believe this will stop anytime soon. As wiffen pointed out, she still has no revenues worth talking about, and therefore will need to dilute to raise money.

When you say the certs, etc. were out of control again, who created that situation? Who created a situation, whereby, shareholders have needed to turn in certs so many times over the last few months that I have lost count, each time paying $50? Dilution doesn't just happen, magically. It's very simple to say, "They are trying to get the O/S under control." without looking at how it got OUT of control in the first place.
