Although I know how Joe and Raj hate it when investors do DD, I got a copy of the court transcripts when I heard that the tribe in SD was having them kicked off their land. Glad I did. My PA has been tracking SD news and NAEG have been side-stepping the whole issue down there. Obviously they have alot to lose if they don't redeem themselves there, but the Tribal Council excluded them from the rez! Check the court records Trueheart!
