uh, small query, Cupcake - there is the email displayed there & I can EDIT it so that if I put in YOUR email address, you will be notified everytime I get a PM?

hey matt, will the new feature work like this:

say i have 10 or 20 pms in my box, will ihub send me 20 notifications? or will it send me one notification telling me i have messages...

i have turned this feature on, so i will soon know :)

Matt, this change as well as the other recent changes (image hosting, resigning as moderator, choosing to be a moderator, renaming a board, etc.) are ideal for users: additional functionality with no additional complexity. The people who want/need them can use them at any time. No one else is disrupted or has to change what they're doing.

Done. The PM notifications should be more reliable now too. I found where I was missing a path in our convoluted PM posting routines.

Please leave it off... If I wanted emails I would put my address in my signature.

Yes please leave as defaulted "OFF". I get enough unwanted nasty Spam from certain sites. I know Ihub does not give out our email addies... I choose when I can and my addies aren't sold to the highest bidder, what email contact I get in my box. Thanks if a PM is needed to be read by me I choose to logon and get it. Thanks.....
