I expect that the goats produce about 1-2 gr ATryn per L. I don't think that frozen milk is preserving the proteins well and I believe GTCB are not freezing milk but partially purified material. Proteins can be maintained for a very long time when in the presence of stabilizers and the question of expiration is only for the final product and mainly for safety reasons (contaminants). Goats are lactating for about 5 months but I am not sure how much is being collected for purifications.
