I really and truly do not like to estimate prices at a given time but consider this. When ever a project is started the word passes. It passes because the people running these utilities are under the gun to clean up pollution. So some of it is voluntary and some is by gun point, who cares as long as its done and we are the provider. You won't be able to stop the money from rolling in.

R u kidding me most people in todays market donot hold their shares for more than a day or 2 thats the problem.
