I hear ya, I just believe it ALL has to do with HOW MUCH Iraq decides to sell the OIL & Gas for. and how FAST they can get this going.I believe EVERY MAJOR OIL & GAS Company out there want a BIG SLICE of this pie.Question again is HOW MUCH are they willing to spend.JMO.
