WOW, where to begin/lol

1.) NO, the 45 deal is for fraser paper... thats seperate
the 65M deal as a whole, is the NH deal
2.) yes, from what I have been told they want us to uplist (so we are)--- they will back us prelisting but as a contractual agreement or some crap
3.) auditing yes, has begun yes, r/s (still being told no)
1.5B is not unheard of
4.)it will be here by yr end yes (the pr of NH) (and more I hear)
5.) this is also part of # 2, but the financing will take plave when NH is done, should be done very soon in 2008, so yes by the end of 08 for sure!

I do not think it will take 12 months!
MBB plans to be producing power in 09
