how ironic that the banks that are clamoring for the Fed to become more transparent in their policies to save those banks from their mistakes are the same banks that have refused to open their own books to make the extent of their woes more transparent.

ot: NBO -- check out TCAP... I took a position today.

Weird undervaluation happening here (p/b = 0.86, peg = 0.48), strong insider buying, and even Goldman Sachs took an initial position in TCAP in Q3.

8.9% yield to boot, with huge earnings growth since they went public Feb 22 this year (Net income Q1=1M, Q2=2.2, Q3=3.4) Strong balance sheet with a HEALTHY cash position (net cash = 35.8M, no short term debt, long term debt = 35.8M, net assets = +95.2M). Short interest is only 0.10% of the float.

Did I miss something? Why is this so undervalued?
