I got my premium and a rise in stock price. I did good, and Uncle Sam agrees. We are both happy.
Sure, I could have done *better* just holding w/o calls this time (assuming prices hold until expiry), but that was the deal on the table and I took it. No regrets.
Much better than the alternative of having the stock drop more than the premium I got. ;)
If I get too light, I'll either buy back some calls (I may do that for tax reasons this time, being so close to EOY), or just buy the stock again the next week.
