We must be reading this differently. I don't see this as a different angle, just another tool to create revenue. I believe a previous PR came out stating TriMark had been tested and they were able to see 15,000 illegal downloads of the CD it was tested on.
Someone please correct me if my figures are wrong on TriMark.
