Too many countries own a boatlaod of the Dinar. In fact, Israel changed a law so that they COULD invest in Iraq, and then proceeded to buy mass amounts of the dinar. The country that owns the most, well that be US.

Wouldn't they have to take all those dinars out of circulation and destroy them, like an R/S reducing the A/S?
