We're left with a penny stock that secured a $61 million loan at 7% interest and has to come up with $25 million and already stated they aren't looking for investors.
If you can't see how that will be a piece of cake...... then I can't help you.
The terms of a $25 million loan/dilution/financing are your client's worries - not the worries of VEII shareholders of a $30 million market cap company expected to have EBITDA of twice that.
True, we don't know for sure anything. At 80 cents, I like the odds that $25 million will be secured by a company claiming to not need any investors and already secured $61 million at 7% interest - it's not the first time a very hopeful business plan secured money without anything to liquidate.
