My observation about the requirement for an IND was based on my reading of the company’s Dec-3 PR and had nothing to do with the market reaction that day. However, I noted in the header of my post that the stock happened to be off 20%. If you thought the post in question was ironic, I would submit that you don’t understand the meaning of the word.
