Just like a company would like for the shareholder beleive that a Reverse split is coming while the company was buying back shares? Right? So maybe the Iraq Government is spreading the "Rumor" "Lop" ????

I may not understand but why buy back Dinar if you are going to lop, is there any reason? I can see a reason to buy back dinar if it is going to reval ; )
