The company sold all of their assets and they are currently a shell. The company currently has 50,789,681 shares outstanding. As of September 30th, they have 2,539,686 in cash on their balance sheet, and no debt. This cash equates to .05 per share. The stock is currently trading at .02/.025. Seems severely undervalued if you ask me. Should at least be at .05. Heck, if they decided to issue a dividend to all stockholders, we would be looking at a .05 dividend.
Here are the company's plans: "Given the sale of substantially all of the assets of the Company to MKU Canada Inc., the Company will look to utilize its publicly traded vehicle with remaining cash of approximately $2,700,000, no debt, and substantial tax loss carry forwards, with the sole intention of creating shareholder value. The Company intends to evaluate different proposals which may include merging or acquiring companies that may or may not be related to the fuel cell industry. The Company will continue to keep shareholders appraised through news releases and filings with the relevant Canadian and US securities commissions."
They just signed an LOI as can be seen in the PR today. This one is poised to pop hard today!!
NHSH .04x.10 Was a Cho shell but I saw on a post that it was a goldberg as well? But in any case it looks like the old officer got the shell back. Maybe another corporate takeover gone bad? In any case the OS is 200k+ so not a bad market cap. This was .16X.40 a little while back.
