I have seen something like this before ... I do not have any proof that this is the case, so please do not quote me. Due to the shadyness of OTCBB I have seen MMs covering SHORTS on BIDS using other MMs as support. People put in an order and you are essentially covering their short on the BID.
Think about it, your order goes in as a BID. It looks like MMs are covering ... no PROOF. Maybe people are selling this down, we'll see. Any technical backing to my comment would be appreciated if there is any! :)
But there is no run without momentum which we dont have right now. On a run, buying on bid either wont get filled and even if it did, it would hold it back only momentarily anyway.
