I cant make it , I wanted to , but I lost pretty much
all my confidence in this deal , I sold the majority of my shares for a loss
but I sent off my proxy materials Friday.
That was a poor representation by the company in the last PR
it looks like they are taking time to sell more shares.

I dont believe them , but will see what happens

I'm glad that at least one shareholder from this board will be there. I can not stress enough that I hope you guys that are there really push management to get this buyout completed ASAP.
