I'm still displeased with the fact that RO refuses to use underlined links (IE allows a user to not underline links if someone were to be that discomfited with underlined links, I don't know why they should/would not be made available. Let the user, not the designer, chose.)
The link at the bottom only works if you received the error. If you just follow a link to the systemerror.aspx page, you'll just get the blurb at the top, because there was no error to report.
