FWIW- I talked to the IR a couple of months ago on this one. He told me they had 250M AS and around 152M OS....This is a shell and was almost taken over by a FightClub company. I talked to the CEO of the FightClub and he said the deal fell through, this was after the PR was put out by them. He also said that the owner of CRLJ had a better offer. Her name had been on the shell until I noticed last week she was no longer on pinksheets listed as the CEO, but instead 2 other names, I am assuming this shell has been purchased by the new names listed. I have no idea what's coming in or really anything else for that matter. No new filings that I can see other than knowing those are new names listed on pinksheets.
Just pointing out something that could be good in the near future....
