I forgot to add this AP....its in my opinion and of coarse is open to interpertation...but


A CEO who is timely with updates...not fluff PR's that the masses scream for...but a) Shareholder letters. )b. 8-k's on time when called for c) accessable to many, but yes not to all.

So for me a CEO does in fact have the best interest of the long term shareholder in mind. He may not do what the short time holder or flipper wants him to do..but few longs either here or at the board I MOD on SW complain about his integrity.

Also AP a week or so ago you posted a site that was reveiwing Seaway, they had not yet posted a rating on them.. do you remember the site I am speaking of, it was a financial institution. If you have that address could you either PM me with it or post it...thanks a lot..

You could also add that the company is planning on increasing investment value via Buyback or Dividend.

AP....re: the list....an item or two on it just make NO corporate sense regardless of what data was massaged....

I am really reluctant to post anything because the hordes will decend with the "basher" routine unless glowing stuff is said about "Pope Tom" and his brilliance...

But, sometimes the BS just gets too deep....

Please explain to us or tell us of any 30 MILLION dollar company.....let me repeat that 30 MILLION $$$$$$$$..... with a POSITIVE CASH FLOW.....and a line of credit at the bank....

what company, in that GOOD FINANCIAL POSITION, has to go thru the arduous negotiation of securing 1/2 a million bucks in cash.....backed by warrants this....convertible that...and and pages of negotiated this and that and conversion rates and exercise this and on and on and on.....

THAT SHOUD BE TOTALLY UNNECESSARY !!!!!!!

just go to the bank and get 550k on the line of credit....why go thru all that nonesense??????

just as Soapy posted/remaked the other day that the 550k was pocket change (or something like that).....

well, if it was "pocket change"....why the elaborate, unnecessary gyrations??? Unless...all is not that rosey???!!

(I know Soapy will jump in on this one and try to lambaste me with with some positive spin....I can hardly wait....this is going to be "rich" !!!!)

- Restructuring "WiseBuys" stores into "Hacketts" stores.
- 347,000 square feet of retail space filled with things people want to buy.
- Imminent expansion plans for 2008 that will double Hacketts retail locations.
- “Black Friday” sales increase almost 60% over prior year results.
- Lastest 8k showing old debt is dead.
- Lastest 8k showing a M&A is on the horizon.
- Enough money to make a solid M&A.
- Backing from investors.
- Many retail investors are upbeat.
- An LOI just waiting to revealed.
- CEOcast ads telling the world to look at SWVC.
- A cleaned up GS acquisition discussion fueling the fire.
- A ton of analysis supporting a positive outlook.
- Solid SVF (SWVC's internal bank).
- As the saying goes..."The future looks bright ahead!"

All of the above is IMO and a rough draft of the "The List".

It's always good to maintain perspective in the face of the FUDslingers.
