Hey bubbles, you need to add to your list:

A company with over $30,000,000 in revenue.

A compay with positive cash flow

A company with one of its parts, Wise Buys, showing a profit.

A company with the other part, Hacketts, unofficially showing a profit from past 8-K, and expected gross profit of over $2,000,000

A company that will show a positive EPS when the Hacketts deal is done.

And the 3rd new member of the company, the unannounced LOI company, being a part of one of the hottes sectors out there...bio fuels.
