Wish I could help you with updates. However, this might shed some light. Last November a very successful restaurant in Colonial Williamsburg had a fire and was shut down. Smoke damage and firemen damage was everywhere. The General Contractor, myself(HVAC), and an Electrical Contractor started the second week of January and they were serving food last week of March. New roof on half, new roof top units and related ductwork, rewired half the building, new sheetrock on half, paint and clean from the ceiling down to the floor,,,,etc. It would take that crew 6 weeks tops to renovate an existing establishment, regardless of any specialties required for a UWINK operation. I look for an opening morickitytic!
