Yes, all of NWOG's PR's are meant to attempt to keep people buying and holding their stock. It's too transparent. Notice when answering the buyback no numbers. WHY NOT??? GIVE A FREAKING HONEST ANSWER! Thus a total waste. I'm sure questions like "Where are all the additional shares coming from if there is a 'buyback' in place" was asked. That's the beauty of that PR and not having a conference call. They can ignore any questions they don't deem 'worthy' (ones they don't want to answer). They are just hoping more north americans will keep funding their operations and art festivals.
