The Dinar scam seems to be very similar to Rufus Paul Harris' bond fiasco.

I know that a company can request a NOBO list.
But can they legally request a brokers list?
That would infer that they would get both NOBO and OBO's on such a list.
That would seem to be a violation of privacy and a non-starter.
