If they want to "reward" those who have put their hard earned money on the line with the "exchange", (hasn't been much an exchange to it other than people exchanging their money for Terrell's false promises) the best way to do it is to pay people for the sales of PDRs they make there.
I think it is nothing but a scam for them to have kept people's money for going on 6 months. It puts them in the same classification of con artists who bilk little old church ladies out of their money, imo.
